This is just a small note to say thanks. Bob has been working on this contract as the Engineering Supervisor for our site works, and I am sure you will agree when a customer is unhappy, they are quick to complain, but at the other end of the spectrum I find I often the case that when we do receive excellent service and commitment from a person or company, it will often get over looked, well, not this time.

I have had the please of working with Bob and he has carried out his role very well and has always tried to help where he can, especially as there are quite a few members of our site team who do not generally work in the rail environment (myself included.) I have been pleased with his attitude towards work and the commitment he has given to this contract.
